Our founder, Charlie Xu, envisioned a space where people from all walks of life could find inner peace and harmony.

Founder
We are a family with two young kids living on a beautiful 2-acre ranch in Castaic. We’ve always aimed to live off the grid and have a sustainable life. We started by learning to grow veggies, create a food forest, build an earthhouse, do beekeeping, raise chickens and goats, etc. The journey is like looking for or remembering back the way that how humans are supposed to live harmoniously with nature. We want to find the same-minded people to join us who strongly believe in building a healthy community and environment for the younger generations.
Jamie
Collaborator
Jamie, a licensed pediatric Occupational Therapist and founder of StepOutSide OT in Castaic, CA, has 17 years of experience in various settings, including school-based therapy, early intervention, and clinics. She uses a child-led, strengths-based approach to build therapeutic relationships with children and their families, passionately empowering caregivers and children. Jamie focuses on mental health and wellness through nature and social connection.
